DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Domains ordered through our platform become active within minutes of payment confirmation. It is important that during registration you fill in all the fields. If all the fields are not filled in at the time of placing the order, the activation is not performed automatically, requiring a manual check by our team.

To transfer from another registrar to Airbytes, you must provide us with the Authorization Key for transferring to another registrar. How to get the transfer key? Go to the Register website -> Domains -> Online Administration. After logging in, navigate to the menu Authorization Key -> Transfer to another registrar. The authorization key will be sent to your email, and then it must be sent to the Airbytes team to initiate the transfer process.

The name servers of a domain registered through Airbytes can be changed from the myAirbytes UK app or my.airbytes.co.uk section Domains -> My Domains -> click on the three dots to the right of the domain -> Management nameservers. The update requires a propagation time from 5 minutes to 24 hours.

If you want to transfer the domain to another owner, the cost will be £15 + VAT. Our team will take care of the operation and the approximate waiting time will be 24 hours.

The extension fee for a domain is £9.99 + VAT. If you want to extend for a period longer than 1 year, please open a ticket with colleagues from the sales department.
